opinion please

opinion pleaseHey all,  I just noticed this company while looking at a stock screen on unusual volume so I thought Id just ask for opinions.  It looks like from the charts this company started freefall almost one year to date from a high of around 1.28.  I know its another cannabis company but there isnt a lot of news (bad news) on it as to what caused the steady and continued decline to a nickel today.  Anyone care to give me a little history?  Much appreciated.
