RE: The Buyout

RE: The Buyout Premium, it is apparent from your response that you're investing experience has been limited to just buying shares without full consideration of what it means to own a company. Legal considerations should always be a consideration on the back of your mind, espectially when Cell-Loc is trading at these levels. Your response is like a school kid. Let's hope that we all don't have to meet. Consider your downside, as shorters are onboard, evident from the postings. Regardless of what price MF bought at which is irrelevant, everybody takes care of their own. Let's hope that we don't have to do the work of Fattouche, and not have to consider the legal implications. Nobody has lost money until the day they sell if they chose to do so at a loss. Cell-Loc has potential in its technology, their management today is highly questionable though as most posters would agree. Put Bill Gates in there or Roth, and we can all sleep!
