RE:RE:RE:RE:Anyone hearing anything from management? I would say differently.
One of the favorable outcome for the partner is for SNV to go BK... that means they can take over the whole project to themselves... Think about it on the partner's side.. what do they have to lose by losing their partner? experience and expertise are abundent in the market right now...
Now, what does the partner have to gain? 49% additional interest in the project that supposed to be worth 500 million
SNV should just post news to reassure investors that they are moving well for the project so they can raise capital or force the partner's hand that as SNV isn't going anywhere.
If SNV can put out the reserve numbers, get the project started with the partner.. SNV is in no way in control on the negotiation table. .. they have no money, no power, no control of the PSC.
Since Nov, SNV gave no update on the project (by saying they are working on the project means absolutely nothing).
Anyhow, we are all stuck, so there's nothing we can do anyway.
Only good news i see is that they participated in all the warrants with their own money .. .aside from that.. they look just like PNN.. one year of no news then.. end of story.. game over.
