EG, Say Bar is trading at .39 and WM is trading at .50 . The buyout would be .35 cents while its share on the market are worth .39. Something tell me people holding Bar willl be stuck with a loss. I suggest they should re visit the deal, Just My Opinion, Not s real big Bar Holder...
BAR is trading at .33 and WM at .50.
BAR shares should be at,355.
BAR is lucky to have made a good deal because WM has money in the bank for drilling once things get back to something close to normal
BAR needs to raise funds before more drilling, without the deal with WM their shares would have tanked far more than they have, If they vote the deal down they most likely will see a big drop.
