I have just recently decided that i would increase my holdings of CHE and I have been able to buy a few thousand more in the less than $10.00 range where it has been.

My lowest price in this recent round of my purchases was $9.28 and I, as I have been since my previous lowest purchase price in 2008 to 2009 period of $4.91 when it was paying nearly 25%, am looking forward to a continuing payout to me of slightly more than 12% on this current round of my purchases.
