RE:predictionsI think the IROC/Exchange was not allowing them to run it up artificially to make a quick $$.
I think iroc gave in with "stipulations" attached. Perhaps they were given a certain period of time to satisy IROC's request for sales numbers, cash flow, proof of promises etc. etc.
In the meantime they would allow for a orderly increase in share price... BUT... any rapid increase in SP would result in a long term halt and serious reprecussions. The exchange realizes the sp can be manipulated, especially in these times and it is their job to control it.
Happening on many stocks today.
