RE:RE:RE:BBN SUMMARY

RE:RE:RE:BBN SUMMARYWell jf this is very harsh and I will probably grow up with a complex now, but I have to disagree with your view here...optimistic of course or I wouldn't be here, it would be crazy be invested in something that one wasn't optimistic about.

We had ~$42.5mil in inventory as of Dec31/19 and they have been producing with better than 50%, to be consevative, of full capacity since...they have been increasing product shelved quite agressively over the last couple of months, to an increasing portion of the country, with out here in the hinterland being the last to go and being dealt with now. There have been many that have been comenting on the increased product on the shelf in several areas and selling well, selling out quickly in many cases through FQ3/20.

With the 3rd line operational, H&F covering the last areas of the country and managing the rest through the entire current quarter and based on guidance estimates ~$40mil is hardly pie in the sky...we should see solid gains for the 2.0 menu by the second half of the quarter on top of the hinterland added and the restocking of the rest of the country for the full quarter, plus Israel.

Technicals have really turned the corner over the last few weeks and are increasingly bullish to 9mos out and they are still on target as per guidance which could see $40mil for the quarter, if not easily next barring any unforeseen issues/ problems with production and or supply to shelf.

I did not realize we were that far off beam in Nov but the changes made in opreations, adding CPG, marketing/ H&F and in progress since are exactly what was needed, but then Corona tips the scales again so we may not see optimum numbers. With a reasonable rate of production/progress for the quarter $40mil is doable and we will see that that green river but as always, JMHO....Opt

You  have always been  too optimistic

IF SALES  NUMBER  came  in  @  at   15   even  20 million  for any quarter

that would be NEWS ....go  away with  your  40 million estimate and raising

everyone's expectations un_necessarily .....you  are entitled to your opinion

but no way are we coming close to this  plus it  is six weeks away --

Everything is on the back_burner  til  costs get under control.

Just look at that company that spent 229 million in Valleyfield QC
and closed their doors  and walked away from a built facility because
they determined the market was  not there ....At least Supreme has
already been financed --- just a matter of a couple GOOD quarters!

SALES  RULE!    and  only  the lean will survive
