thanks triple.
questions - i thought we were to complete the elaborate in march? now september? that never came up as a timeline BEFORE the corona virus.
also, is everyone off our payroll while we come to a dead stop?
i personally am letting renters who are ACTUALLY sick, not pay rent. are we gonna pay for the important people working?
are we gonna pay tim, blake, wives for doing little or nothing?
TIME FOR A FIRE SALE and put us out of this misery.
there are some out there who could see and finance this long term.
WE CAN'T.
(example, i am currently, in discussions with more than one potential buyer about a property i am selling. it's a 2 yr project for them. we are still talking. one just texted yesterday quote- still interested-.). yet erin can't get it also. hard to believe.
oh yeah, jmo. but the questions still hold.
