Annual Meeting

Following the mailing of our March 13, 2020 management information circular (the “Circular”) for our April 15, 2020 Virtual Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), Mr. James Skippen has resigned from the Governance Committee of our Board of Directors effective immediately on March 31, 2020. Mr. Skippen remains a nominee for our Board of Directors at the Meeting.
