Not quite sure what you're saying but there would be no reason for Chris to create the Royalty spin co. unless it generated some revenue that he could put to good use, or if you think it's a sham, revenue that he could steal. Either way it's a vehicle that's designed to collect revenue from GBR's mine, what happens to that revenue we won't know until it happens.
These " Sham " Royalty Co.'s can grow to become very big successful shams and owning them can really pay off for investors.
Maybe with luck Chris might just might take this public and turn it into the biggest sham royalty co. ever and aweigh we go ! 
But first we have to prove up a resource...stay tuned !
