RE:Low Yield

When the Artis stock price was trading above $14 in 2018, the dividend was double (9 cents vs 4.5 cents). It never traded at a 2% to 3% yield.
Yield is now over 7.25% based on the Friday close.

Pop in early March was due to takeover speculation; traders were expecting a buyout at $14 plus.
