I'm being told that Nathan and his wife used proceeds from March sale of shares to fund payroll. Basicaly a hail mary attempt to keep the company allive and keep the share price up while he worked to cut a deal with secured debtholder. He probably recognized months ago that they did not have the cash to survive. Maintaining a cheery face while behind the scenes fighting to keep the company alive.
