Nextleaf is still a risky play. The $15M contract is nice but there needs to be more than one source of significant revenue (IP licencing aside) before big money starts pouring in. 

If the stock market is a rollercoaster right now then Nextleaf is a SpaceX rocket test, guaranteed to end spectacularly but multiple things need to go right for it to be successful.
