New Independent Director today !John B. was CFO & CIO for a subsidiary of GE; took a startup to be bought out by GE. This guy has proven track record at very high level & is a great addition, espec cuz he is independent> will help Tilt gain credibility and stature for years to come. Esteemed guy like this in finance must believe in Tilt's finances & business to come on board as a Board of Director, no pun intended lol
