What you wrote is unclear to me. Are you saying the EV is worth $100m now (so negative equity) and the equity is worth $50m if they fix it (so EV would be worth ~$210m)?
What are your odds on each outcome and how are you positioned?

Supreme doesnt have any major debt? Ummmm have you seen the debenture terms? And the LOC that continues to be drawn on.
