RE:RE:RE:Wait To Be Opportunistic As BAM Will Be

RE:RE:RE:Wait To Be Opportunistic As BAM Will BeBought car.un today. I was holding iip.un - 2 weeks ago.

I'd like to buy (or add): iip.un, mrg.un, chp.un. I expect the market indices to have a sceond possibly lower bottom before this correction is over.

I read SH because I'm looking to broaden my buy watch list. Thanks for your postings.

when2buy wrote: I track hundreds of stocks and obviously can't comment on all of them.  SH is a hobby for me, not a source.  Of course, there is several Reits beaten down.  Choose your sector yourself.

I comment on BAM because it's the largest "go to" name for most institutional & retail investors.  The reality is for most retail investors, BAM will outperform most (total return) over the long-term when purchased at trough levels.

Perhaps you'd like to post your Reit preferences.  Your posting history doesn't show any other than BAM, lol.

There must be other good reits out there, no?

when2buy wrote: I plan on taking a position but at much lower level to ride for long term.  No plan to stagger buy-in as I believe downside is still significant.

All BAM subs are going to suffer over the next couple of quarters (Realestate, Infrastructure, Renewable).  Q2 Cashflow is particularly going to be gutted.  This will likely substantially negatively surprise long-term holders of the stock.

I expect BAM will be active in the next 3 to 6 months obtaining distressed assets.  I plan to buy the SP nearer to bottom when "they" are buying assets nearer the bottom, lol.
