RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Heres what a default in debt payment looks like. The first few times I heard that Meth I gave you the bennefit of the doubt but when you consistantly confirm/adjust with cues from bk and the rest of the barkers there is only one conclusion to arrive at.

I learned my lessons the hard way and when the cakes, clowns, barkers et al are spreading the thick layer of bullshite and misinformation they need to be called out and exposed for the lowlife they are...folks are investing their hard earned money and they should be entitled to fair and honest comments and info, either postiive or negative but without coercion and deceit. I'm long the debentures. I'm not short Supreme and have never been short Supreme.

You must think I will make 4x my money plus interest in 18 months right?

We just have different risk parameters. I would like to make money whether you are right or Brent is right and the only place to do that right now is FIRE.DB. I'm happy with making 4x. If the bullish scenarios come into play, then I will also make all of the money above $2.45 or about 8x.

Thanks for the packaging dates Jon. It will be awesome for free cash flow if they have worked through a bunch of inventory last quarter.

I do understand that your window is closing fast as the sales roll in stronger everyday but nobody is drinking your koolade and while if you are in the short game, you and the rest of the barkers are just shills for those that do have the coin and can handle covering while flipping pennies...always remember pizz ant barkers get ground up good when the bulls arrive, which couldn't happen to anyone better than those that spread bullshite and lies to coerce decent folks out of their reward. i have no idea what you are saying about the debentures. They don't trade much because it's mostly only Canadian retail that can own them and they don't understand how debentures work as demonstrated on this board.

OptGreen wrote: Sure Meth, it is the product out, cash in method as you are seeing happen in real time country wide...don't get lost in the "bullish" nonsense just buy now or pay more later.

Speaking math, I see zero volume on the .DB side and was wondering whether this was one of those double-nut spy maneuvers?....like is it due to shear volume and they hold them all to the close and them dump the whole works in one large chunk?

Most know the value in FIRE and support the company that is why they are here and if they don't support it they spend their valuable time elsewhere, can you shed some light on why any of the barkers, as valuless as their time appears to be, would choose to waste it here pizz'n in the wind, thanks? JMHO...Opt

feel free to add your opinion OptGreen.

i don't see any valuation analysis on this board. So I'm curious. I'm hoping the equity goes to whatever your most bullish scenario is but I'm curious how you get there using math.

OptGreen wrote: Still pizz'n in the wind I see Meth and now bringing out the real talent of your bullshite says it all, bk is just a low level barker with zero credibility and even less to say.

You are both barking up the wrong tree. just do yourself a favour and buy at these levels and be the real winner at the next circle jerk, JMHO....Opt

What's the valuation methodology?

What you wrote is unclear to me. Are you saying the EV is worth $100m now (so negative equity) and the equity is worth $50m if they fix it (so EV would be worth ~$210m)?

What are your odds on each outcome and how are you positioned?

brentkosta wrote: Sitting at about $100 mil now. Assets are in facility and a bit of cash. Negative gross margins. Awful sales. Failed business model in ultra premium. I think they are far over valued now. So if they can get margins in order Supreme is worth maybe $50mil without the debt. Or about 10-15c per share. There is no growth potential for Supreme. They will be bought out for pennys on the dollar by another LP who has money. Probably Apha to have another brand.

Brent,

what do you think FIRE would be worth if there was no debt?

If you dont like it then leave or BUY now. I dont think it;s goning back to the low .20

Supreme doesnt have any major debt? Ummmm have you seen the debenture terms? And the LOC that continues to be drawn on.
