RE:RE:RE:Boom With this deal, lattice is in more control and gives them the power to work on getting the value of the company and its work as high as needed, without putting a number of shares on the line, but by only putting a premium at where the price stops. No set shares, just a premium from help from a company who has been in the game for a while.
