You guys know that this financial aide comes with about 50 millions shares to dilute what we already have in share count....Basically, he sold a 1/3 of the company for 6 millions dollars so he putts mzrket cap at 18 millions dollars which is 0.12$ per share... right on the money and exactly why that price was protected before close yesterday... Have a nice one, this won't boost share price like some of you think.... Good for finance but still diluting = no change in SP.... Only science news will move the SP..... Good day all and Good Luck
