Nobody expects that the dividend will be reinstated any time soon if ever, and given the current situation that's a HUGE PLUS.. the current price of around $2.25 reflects all the bad news that you have mentioned and more ..in terms of having to get up and running soon, they have sufficient liquidity to wait this out... the whole airline sector is basically in the same predicament and remember one thing, the Canadian government will not let it's major regional air transport system fail ..
