Did they ( PLI/Thomvest ) wipe out ALL previous shareholders ? YES
Have they re-submitted the BLA ? NO , 2 years so far to complete CMC changes.
Did Thomvest get 100m of unearned interest ? YES 
Did Thomvest do a hostile takeover from the shareholders ? YES.
Has Ryplazim been apporoved ? NO
Is there going to be a lawsuit ? YES
Will they re-submit the BLA in 1H2020 ?  ...a big fat MAYBE.
