A vaccine might be distributed this time next year if we are lucky, and since the human race has no immunity then its likely that we will all get it eventually, hopefuilly after the vaccine. Maybe it will die off after the first wave if we are really lucky and isolate well enough so that it sputters out on its own. Thats a long shot though, GL
