Does anyone know how much UR is looking / needs to raise for Urthe Daily?

For long time shareholders, how do you think this will be raised? There's a ton of debt on the balance sheet and the share price is $.07. In order to raise new capital how does that happen without wiping out the current common shareholders as part of a recapitalization (or just through major dilution)?
