Totally disagree with the special payout obsession.

a) They don't have $1.50 /share to payout.
b) How does Qtrh operate with zero dollars in Bank? It's the cash for litigation, div etc that makes them solid.
c) If you want your $1.50, sell right now.

OR

Double the dividend. SP goes to $3. You sell half your holdings and get your $1.50/share.

Result - QTRH trades at $3/share
Still has a ton of cash.
Probably more institutions too.
