Hard to see how that doesn't cause demand to pick up if the US, China and maybe other countries spend hundreds of billions or a couple trillion on infrastructure projects. Maybe those bills don't pass or that spending doesn't happen, but hard to see how the US wouldn't do it at this point. Trump has talked infrastructure through years of his presidency and now is the time to do it to get people back to work. Have to believe China will plan something similarly big at some point.
