Private Placement Closes @ $0.15VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 7, 2020: Further to the Company’s news release of March 2, 2020, Wildflower Brands Inc. (CSE: SUN) (the “Company”) announces it closed a private placement of units (“Units”) at a price of C$0.15 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $362,184 through the issuance of 2,414,562 units. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Issuer and one share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.30 for a period of 12 months following the closing date of the private placement.

The proceeds of the financing are being used for working capital and to commence design and permitting work for the Company’s two Ontario stores it currently has under lease.

The securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period. No finder’s fee was paid on the funds raised.
