Doesn't SPR have to receive their next Health Canada licence before being able to mass produce Infuz2o and Bionatural Oil ?
This was my assumption as to why no announcement has been made yet regarding the MH JV.
Anyone ?

The way I understand HC underwriting is that under current licensing, THR can process flower, produce oil/Infuz20 as they wish but cannot sell any of the processed results other than what they hold a licence to sell. It is licence to produce/research derivatives(shelf stability, Analytical Methods) a means to stock pile but not to sell.
Currently THR may sell Plants/Seeds/Flower(dried and fresh). THR has produced and banked a significant amount of oil and Infuz20. They were waiting on HC recommendations and regulations on THC serving sizes to base estimates on the total amount of servings banked. Based on the recommendations of Dr Sen and dosing at 5 mg or less per beverage, and if my recollection serves me well, at the time they stated that it placed the bank at a capability of producing 60 million beverages.
