PME NAV 1.7547 to April 08

And with todays move, looking like at least a 5 % move up.....that will make another 8 cents up ...
probably around 1.83... last trade was at 1.80 so not a special bargain yet, but i see more upside here.
MMP.un is a bargain, @ 1.24 with the NAV closer to 1.44.... so bigger upside.
