VSR NSR valueAccording to my calculations ( a mine life of 12 years and a gold price of $2200 cdn) the nsr would net VSR at least 2500 ounces of gold per year. This equates to at least 5.5 million per year for the NSR alone. You do the math on the value per share and you get a very high number! This also assumes the deposit stays at 3.2 million ounces. Naturally I expect the deposit to eventually double in size and hence the value of this royalty!. Bottom line -- huge value on the NSR alone! Thats why Franco-Nevada payed 18 million for Marathons NSR.
