For me, the main issue for new investors will be labour. They will have to keep the local or expected labour force on side. I do not know if that is Cree workers or Quebecers, but in any case the deposit or the refining plant is useless without them. So how do you keep them on board, not by ditching the local connection that's for sure. Hence IMHO, I think it is in the project interests, from a new investors point of view to keep retail involved (but possibly heavy diluted)... ;-)
Has anyone considered contacting local labour unions for their support in keeping local interest (retail investors)?
