Yes, headwinds always exist, especially in this new and developing cannabis market that is highly regulated. Good points, all undeniably true. I do agree with you in that VIVO will be one of the survivors and that the shakeout is 2020. The steady hand of Fishman will get it done, in which case I wont argue with some commensurate equity rewards. I will opine that potential future one time impairments from a possible loss in arbitration will not be as important as revenue growth and proven profitability from analyst's and investors perspectives. From what I have read, my gut tells me that Q1 will be a paradigm shift for VIVO. Cheers, Schaff
