RE:Claret Asset Management

The largest institutional holder of VMD is Claret Asset Management. They operate many funds. They just filed their Q1 2020 holdings and over the Q1 period they sold 230,810 shares. They currently hold 5.61% of VMD.

This, of course, could be in response to general across the fund withdrawals.
