Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Gentleman' bet on resultsHey Vinny
Why so bearish??
$122M rev. with  -1 cent/share.  Don't over expect this quarter.??
I think you will be short by $16 - $20M Rev. IMO
Many even a tad more..???

If your numbers come in then Aphria has no shot at meeting their lower guidance of $575M CDN.
Need at least $142M -$145M Q3 and then a stellar Q4 of $183 - $186M to have any chance.
Crazy numbers but somebody is selling product and gaining market share and it hasn't been the others that have already reported. TRST, HEXO and ACB all on the brink of going under. However COVID-19 will certainly have an impact and the longer it takes for life to return to normal, the greater the impact will be.
Keep in mind 20 new stores are lost/delayed each month until the Emergency Order is lifted.

Looking for net rev for the year to come in around the range of $550 - $563M
Under the circumstances thoughs would be decent numbers
However not sure if the markets would see it that way.
Probably Not
