RE:I will reeiterate

TUO passed a poision pill a few years ago, with the specific intent to make a hostile take over too expensive. Not sure the poision pill is still active as I think it has to be renewed ever so often. Again, if the the posion pill is in effect, this is designed to stop a hostile or stink bid for the company
