RE:RE:What is Keeping PHO Back?

RE:RE:What is Keeping PHO Back?what's holding the sp down...speaking for myself, bt scads 7 to 10 cents, sold most as sp rose, dumped last when nr PHO to buyback their shares. Won't buy any while they continue. They've now wasted 8 million buying 5.5 million shares, at way higher prices than current. Any benefit...nope, just less able to take advantage of opportunities arising. Weak lazy leadership, or, they're saying that there are simply no opportunities to put cash to work in their industry that they like, no new products, no cash shy hi tech companies to buy...nothing, a void out there...and the only thing to do is buy their own shares back.
When they stop that idiocy, I'll take another look, and maybe others will too. and maybe, just maybe, the stock price will move up.
As to being a bargain, sure...and so are a thousand other stocks out there.
