Yeah, that stuff tends to keep me up at night. 

I'm like you, I bet almost all of it on this one.  It looks like a home run to me.  I've never been a rich man, and I assume I won't be one, but even your $30 scenario does well enough for me.  I would much prefer $40 or $50.

That said, $30 represents an approximately $1.65 billion buyout.  If the property is worth more than that I'd look to the suggestion by another poster (goaweigh maybe?) who feels that a bidding war would ensue.

We can surely hope.
