All in Good TimeHi All, Wishing All good health & times through this Easter weekend. Following is some info. on the PYR buyback announcement: MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Pursuant to the NCIB, PyroGenesis proposes to purchase, from time to time, over a period of 12 months, up to 6,750,000 (approx. 4.8%) of its common shares issued and outstanding (the "Shares"). As of the date hereof, there are 139,619,450 Shares of PyroGenesis issued and outstanding.Purchases under the NCIB will commence on or about November 1st, 2019 and will expire on the earlier of: (i) one year from such commencement; or (ii) the date on which the Company has purchased the maximum number of Shares to be acquired under the NCIB. All purchases made by the Company will be through Pollitt & Co. Inc. acting on behalf of the Company in accordance with the rules of the TSXV. The actual number of Shares which will be purchased, and the timing of such purchases, will be determined by the Company, and the price which the Company will pay for the Shares will be the market price at the time of the purchase........ As an outsider looking in, I see this as simply an opportunity or another ' tool ' in the box to use, if it makes sense. I say no to the buyback anytime soon as I see every $ of cash inflow can be put to better use in growing their diverse multiple business lines. Solid multiple business line revenue growths will always add, all in good time, to a firm's sp values. But what do I know vs what Peter knows. He has last call on this matter & I am certain that his decision will be very well thought out to the benefit of the firm & shareholders. Concerning sp values, in recent times, when the MJ stocks were blistering Hot showing , for eg. $ 10M revenue dollars in a Qtr , being given multi Billion $ market caps for future expectations. Well sadly a dose of reality kicked in & kicked shareholders, big time. One issue for a firm entering the MJ business is/was ease of entry, slow speed of outlet growth & outlet avail.( locale), # of competitors, & another is highlighting ones own offerings as stand out quality products vs competitors, etc. With PYR & their R & D group, they represent a proven very high tech growing firm with unique real, standout products/applications that can address market needs/demands far into the future. The sp $ 3 / 3.50 forecast for 3 years from now, IMO is considered as conservative. I see it as reflecting near term revenue forecasts for that future point in time & not the longer term, stronger future expectations of their present plasma applications, more future new innovative plasma applications, division spinoffs, partnerships, ever increasing blue chip client bases, etc. The list goes on. All in good time & 3 years from now who truly knows with certainty where we ( PYR) will stand ? Fair/reasonable to say, we will at least be in a far better place in terms of revenue/cash flow growth, etc. & being Known by the Investment Community, Blue Chip & All. Best of wishes All, A Happy Easter, good health, Sincerely, Topseeker P.S. All the present achievements by PYR, & the incredible/achievable potentials for $0.50 or less. I still shake my head in wonder but more shares I will be buying with certainty. Take care All, Topseeker
