RE:RE:RE:RE:10 million barrelsLets not forget that these oil prices are an economic bonanza for oil import nations such as most of Europe, China and SE Asia. USA is in a basically neutral position.  These nations IMO opinion, will quickly lead in economic recovery once COVID abates enough to open. Oil producing/export countries will have a much longer recovery profile.
