Gobbs , restructure is always bad for the shareholders specially when debts exceeds your MC. Honestly, i got burnt in Pacific Rubiales( PRE) back in 2016 when oil prices dropped to 24$. PRE was a good company but debtholders restructed the company at 60 cents and i lost 15k. I pursued with a lawyer and did met so many of them but they all said NO. That company is still doing good as Frontera but eveey shareholder including BIg names Alpha group and OHara Lost Billions not millions but couldnt even file a case. PROMETIC IS NO DIFFERENT. Fred was fair and when he discussed about possible restructuring, i pulled my money. But now when i spoke to the company, they are confident and talk high about drug and its progression. I am hopeful
