If Exn-Otis were such a valuable proposition, why the SP is not trading at multiples of its current price; in the alternative, if it were as valuable as management claims to be, why is the price so surpressed?

More importantly, if the SP was surpressed, then what does management propose to do to deal with the situations? And I meen concrete deeds as opposed to representations which Exn throws around but never follows.
