RE:RE:RE:RE:2019 Annual ResultsA few possibilities for sudden price increase:

1] Someone is averaging down. Bought a lot higher and is decreasing their average price.
2] Last press release indicating the Bank of Oklahoma is not pulling the plug may indicate that BNK will survive therefore share price at .03 cents was too low
3] They have struck a deal with outside firm- either takeover or joint venture
