Welfare is there for a reason to assist in the time of need. Americans are needy at the moment are are self isolating. It is less expensive to shell out a few billion than over burden the health system and infect our front line workers and have them die. The health care system, doctors and nurses are valueable resources that should be protected. i takes a minamum of seven years to become a doctor do we have the time to replace all them if they die?
