Templeton Emerging Markets Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks high, current income, with a secondary goal of capital appreciation, by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in income-producing securities of sovereign or sovereign-related entities and private sector companies in emerging market countries. The Fund invests in bonds from emerging markets around the world to generate income for the Fund, seeking opportunities while monitoring changes in interest rates, currency exchange rates and credit risk. Its investment portfolio includes foreign government and agency securities, corporate bonds, convertible bonds, and short-term investments. Its markets are located in the Asia Pacific region, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Central and South America and Africa. The Fund's investment manager is Franklin Advisers, Inc.

RE:Re: Acquisition voteYou dont need to insult me because the toscana managment screwed the shareholders, they get to solve their debt issues and get i3e shares instead of going BR. I shared some very important information you guys dont know and you should appreciate that. Soon i am going to be the biggest toscana SH as I hold more then 3% of i3e so me writing on this board is legit. By the way they didnt screw you with that deal but by whatever made this company get to this poor financial situation and also every one who invested in this company need to blame himself of making a bad investment. Right now every investor in the o&g sector is loosing money and need to wait with his investment a few years till oil price will get back to 40$+, so if you keep that in mind and see the potential this company has of being half a billion$ company in a few years you might understand that this deal is your ticket out of a bad investment. Any way i wish you guys the best, hopefully youll get your way and this deal wont be finalized, thats better for i3e by my view.
