Just noticed the volume spike and the price appreciation over the last two days.  Obviously this is due to some impressive accumulation.  Question? Due to impending news of a material nature or simply some fund that is positioning for something to happen in the near future? All wild speculation is more than welcome as long as people qualify their statements as being just that, speculation and not fact.

Personally, I ran some of the numbers on some of the small projects that they have on the books and each project (Croinor / Fayolle) at the current gold prices in Canadian dollars now have NPVs in excess of $100m which is twice the current market cap of MQR.  And don't forget Wasamac which although requiring significant capital to put into production, carries a NPV in excess of $1b.
