I guess Bakema will first have to be served with papers -as it will be the restructuring group initiating the action and not CVR Medical and as Bakema is no longer on the board of Medical then no, I don't think we'd necessarilly be informed (although if action were also to be taken against Blunder and Bendick then CRVMed should make an announcement as they currently hold leadership positions) . We might also find out if an update were to be provided voluntarily by the restructuring group. All just in my opinion
