My source says it's just boilerplate - nothing earth-shattering or "secret".

It's just one sentence in a general letter about the 737 issues, route modifications, repatriation flights, etc - says; if all approvals are obtained and conditions met the tranaction is expected to close in second half 2020.

So, the question is; will the approvals be obtained and will the conditions be met?
