Yes, I do remember when a retail person could have some fun trading micro, small and larger caps.

As for your SVA mantra of the day "We're Unchanged Today, WooHoo"... actually Bullish... another homing pigeon to share company with yesterday's! Of course this is totally meaningless until something happens to let the sun shine in... on the pooch, err, I mean The Pouch... 
 
While we wait, the link for COVID-19 statistics by country and the globe is given below. Some countries are starting to "loosen up". We will see in "real time" how that will work out. 

I do agree that wearing masks, kerchiefs (cowboys knew something eons ago), or similar will help to cut the infection rate (mainly by protecting everyone else from the wearer). 
 
It turns out an indecent percent of COVID-19 carriers have no symptoms and are the cause of community transmissions. The infections on cruise ships demonstrated that in spades. Thank you Diamond Princess and friends! 
 
SVA traded just 170k (12k Germany; 0k USA - practicing COVID-19 isolation) to close at 13½ cents unchanged, not bad with the general markets in the tank. SVA did make a halfhearted assault on 14, but there's still too much overhead with nothing to clear it out... so, we wait some more!
