The EL 1070 in Newfoundland is considered to be an exploration and evaluation asset, as it is still in the exploration stage. The Company’s Pratt County project is considered a developed oil and natural gas property. The Company’s subsidiary is Shoal Point U.S.A. Inc.

Uptowndog1 Hopefully the next federal government will reinstate Northern gateway, energy east and sell TMX. We really need to get our oil to market. Otherwise all other oil producers will over take the industry and we will have no other option but to keep selling cheap oil to the US. Sad but true.
