Alta Corp

Alta CorpI love this company, and own a large position, but there are definitely some things (market wise - not business wise) that are very strange.  We've all seen this stock act backwards to positive news and events over the past 2 years.....and sometimes it's blatantly obvious that it's being manipulated. And, of course, it's always to the downside. Now I haven't watched it closely the past couple of days so I can't comment on blatant manipulation this week but Alta Corp has sold 418,000 shares over the past 2 days without even a single buy order.

This is their recent recomendation on Valens:

AltaCorp Capital Inc. Apr 1, 2020 Outperform $8.00

I get it that they sometimes have clients who want to sell but wouldn't you think that they'd maybe have a client or two who wants to buy at these prices and therefore cross some of these sell orders to other clients?
