As for COVID-19 and restarting economies on our planet... lots of opinions, BUT a very difficult decision to make because the virus spreads so quickly.

To those wanting to open up everything now... be careful what you wish for... those posting "open now" are likely thinking I can't get infected and if I did, I won't die, or suffer serious harm... I hope nobody has to test that hypothesis.

Again, the Big Problem with COVID-19 is the rapid rate it spreads. This means any solution of "Open Now" requires, among many things, massive testing (and tracking) to isolate the infected, obligatory wearing of masks in public (surgeons - dental masks, or N95, or N100 hard style masks), social distancing (including no large scale gatherings of any type) and isolation of high risk groups. I do believe that we can test drive "some openings" to see whether we get new hot spots (from the new openings), or the restrictions with the openings are sufficient to continue and even increase the number of openings. If we can get a drug (e.g. Remdesivir has considerable promise) that works, or a vaccine, then opening up becomes much easier and faster!

IF we don't continue good practices while opening up, we are back into the soup again and very quickly.
